Dominik Deuber

co-founder & managing director

Graduated with Masters in Jazz Drums, Pedagogy and Music Management from the University of the Arts Bern. For 12 years he was part of the artistic office of Lucerne Festival and Managing Director of the Lucerne Festival Academy. In this role he initiated many productions, of which Lucerne Festival Alumni are particularly noteworthy. Since 2017, Dominik has also headed the international Jazz Festival „Generations“ in Frauenfeld.

Martin Baumgartner

co-founder & creative director

Studied percussion, drums and computer performance in Lucerne and New York City, as well as art history and philosophy at the University of Basel. In addition to concert activities, he has worked in acting, opera, dance and film. As a lecturer, he has taught music at the Lucerne University of Music, the University of the Arts Berlin and the University of the Arts Bern, among others. In 2018, he completed a diploma of Cultural Reflective Management at the University of Basel.

Lea Hinden

project management & backoffice

Studied musicology, Italian literature and linguistics at the University of Bern and the Università degli Studi di Roma „La Sapienza“ and holds a PhD from the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz. For 10 years she worked with Dominik Deuber for the Lucerne Festival Academy, where she was responsible for administrative planning and organisation. Lea Hinden is fluent in English, French, Italian, Spanish, German and Portuguese
